New Construction Painting
Painting for new construction from drywall to final touch ups for GCs and owners in Virginia.
New Construction Painting
Oasis is an experienced painting subcontractor for general contractors and building owners across Central Virginia. We handle new construction painting from start to finish — beginning with bare drywall, unfinished trim, and raw doors, through primer, finish coats, and final touch ups. Our crews work cleanly alongside other trades, respect the build schedule, and deliver a finish that is ready for occupancy without callbacks.
Residential New Construction
We work on new residential construction across Central Virginia, from single family homes to multi-unit developments. Builders choose Oasis because we show up reliably, work clean, and produce a consistent finish coat that holds up from the first walkthrough to years down the road.
Commercial New Construction
Our commercial new construction painting experience covers offices, restaurants, apartment complexes, and mixed-use developments. We understand what commercial projects demand — accuracy to spec, clean execution, and a professional finish that reflects well on the contractor and the building owner.
Paint Prep & Finish Coats
Proper preparation is the foundation of a lasting finish. We apply appropriate primers to every surface type before finish coats go on — ensuring adhesion, coverage, and a result that looks as good years later as it did on day one. We work with Sherwin-Williams and other quality products, selected based on project specifications and client preference.
Touch Ups & Final Walkthrough
The final phase of a construction paint job requires a careful eye and the patience to get every detail right. We conduct thorough touch ups before project closeout, addressing any imperfections so the finished space is truly complete and ready for handover.
